Requisites

Two recent 2 x 2 photos of the student
Birth Certificate (Color Copy)
Updated Immunization Certificate (Original)
Psychometric Evaluation from a psychologist.
Physical Examination (Pediatric)
Oral Examination (Dentist)
Student's Transcript from previous schools
A letter of good conduct from past principal.
If the student(s) comes from a private school, bring payment certification.
If the parents are divorced or separate, you must bring the resolution which stipulates who has the custody and who will be authorized to pick up the student(s) at school.
Students that will be going to Kinder or higher grade will have to take an admission test to assess their skills.

Law 186 prohibits the utilization of the # Social Security as routine identification
NOTE: The documents will become part of the school's official records as long as the student remains at our school. The documents will not be returned.
The cost of monthly payments consists in ten monthly payments from the month of August to the month of May.
Registration fee is not refundable and not transferable under any circumstances.
If the student withdraws after the 7th day of the month, the month will be paid in full.
We will charge $25.00 for every "bounce" check.
The monthly payments must be paid the 7th of each month up to the 15th. After this date(15th, we will charge $50.00 per student and per month).
There will be a $25.00 discount on registration fee for the second child and $50.00 discount for the third child. There is also a $5.00 discount on the monthly for the second child and $10.00 discount for the third child.
